The Burrane Triangle

The Burrane Triangle encompasses the townlands of Burrane and Tiervarna, as well as the village of Knock. Enjoy beautiful river views as you explore the trail. Along the route, you will encounter the Killimer car ferry, the Burrane graveyards and their unique history, the Shrine and Well of St Imy, landlords’ houses, forts, schools, and learn about the local history and former industries of the people who lived in this corner of our parish.
